Lois Hole Centennial Provincial Park and the John E. Poole boardwalk are within walking distance and open year round to explore. The trail provides access to a globally significant Important Bird Area, which makes it ideal for birding and wildlife viewing. It can be accessed west of Ray Gibbon Drive, across from LeClair Way.
